CVM condena agente autônomo por executar negócios sem ordem de clientes

A Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) condenou o agente autônomo Ricardo Nicoluci à proibição temporária para atuar no mercado de valores mobiliários por ter realizado negócios em nome de clientes da Petra Corretora sem autorização, no período de julho de 2010 a março de 2012.Nicoluci também foi multado em R$ 300 mil por operação fraudulenta.
